Very charming and old- fashioned Italian restaurant ambience from the 1950-1970 era. Straightforward menu with food delivered quickly and pleasantly. The smoked salmon risotto and chicken Piccata were both exquisite. Even the bread and butter were good in that old- fashioned style.

Nice ambiance. Delicious Italian cuisine. Great service. Great Italian restaurant located at Quebec City.

Loved the ambiance and the French Onion Soup! It was a few steps from our hotel so it was very convenient as well! Love love love the guy playing the accordion!

Fun evening, decent food and very good service. The restaurant was completely packed -- I'd recommend reservations. Our table ordered house salads, manicotti, chicken piccata and veal. As others have said, the highlight is the accordion player!

Tired of pubs and poutine, we have Restaurant Parmesan a try and it was pretty good! Quirky and lovely, we enjoyed a super friendly greeting from the hostess and were seated promptly. We tried the fondue which was just two squares of fried cheese that were just ok and no marinara to dip. Bread on the table was plain but good. Our nice young waiter helped us with the menu and we tried manicotti, cannelloni, ravioli and chicken fettuccini. Everything was pretty good. Mine needed a little salt, but nothing I couldn't fix myself. Wasn't the best Italian I've had - but hit the spot!

This cute, cozy, and snug spot was definitely one to remember. Our group singing with the accordion player definitely takes the cake. There were some hits and misses amongst the food, but our favorites were the PROSCIUTTO ET MELON DE LUIGI & TORTELLINI GIGI L'AMOROSO. The waiter was okay, but our group was smack dab in front of the bar and it was very heavy in foot traffic, so I can't blame him for not being super accommodating. However, this restaurant sent us home with a fun memory and we would definitely go back!
